The Challenge

808 Protection, a Hawaii-based security guard company, needed a way to track guard locations in real time, manage shift schedules, and capture incident reports from the field. Off-the-shelf guard tour systems were either too rigid, too expensive, or required subscriptions that didn't fit their operations.

The Solution

MRM built custom guard tracking and management software from the ground up. The platform provides real-time GPS tracking of officers in the field, digital shift management, mobile incident reporting with photo and timestamp capture, and an operations dashboard for supervisors.
